This extremely precise piece of equipment cuts different angles that apply to various sizes of belts. We are also able to cut two (2) types of splices (straight, Sinelock) and widths up to 65".
This scuffing procedure is necessary in order to remove a thin layer of fabric from the backing of the material. We use many scuff heads in order to maximize the efficiency according to the requirements of the product.
The automatic gluing unit applies just the right amount of glue required.
Our state of the art equipment allows us to press wide belts measuring up to 65" wide as well as narrow belts measuring as narrow as 1/8" wide.
Our large press illustrated here provides us with the capacity to combine both a strong pressure and high heat which assures us with a very strong joint for our belts.
By using the best equipment available, this gives us the advantage of having a greater flexibility when re-cutting narrow, long belts as well as narrow, short belts in large quantities (Dynafile®).
Amecci is a unique manufacturer recognized by its integral series of operations. We are one of the few in Canada to have the necessary equipment to produce products with a Velcro® or self-adhesive backing. Our specific laminating and die-cutting procedures enable us to manufacture these products in large volumes. Discs are available with or without vacuum holes.
